Terms & Conditions for Northants Window Cleaning

1. Introduction

By hiring Northants Window Cleaning for any of our services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Covered

These terms cover the following services:

• Window Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Roof Cleaning
• Driveway Cleaning
• Solar Panel Cleaning
• Fascia, Soffit, and Conservatory Roof Cleaning

3. Working in Rain for All Services

We always strive to avoid providing our services during rain. However, light rain or short showers will not deter our work, and we guarantee that the results will remain consistent. In the event of heavy rain, we will postpone the scheduled service to the next available working day.

4. Notifications & Scheduling

• Prior Notice (Courtesy): We will send a text the night before our scheduled visit for all services as a courtesy. For clients with only a landline, we will make a single courtesy call to notify. If we cannot reach you, we will leave a message, provided the option is available.
• Attendance Fee for Window Cleaning: If we arrive at the property for window cleaning and you decline our services, or access is denied or inaccessible, all accessible windows will still be cleaned, and you will be charged the full service charge.
• Attendance Fee for Other Services: If we arrive at the property for any other service and you decline our services, or access is denied or inaccessible, an attendance fee of £80 or the service charge (whichever is lower) will be applied.

5. Our Guarantee

We are committed to delivering our services with precision and care to the highest possible standards.

6. Right to Cancel Work

We reserve the right to cancel any work without prior notice.

7. Residential Late Payment Fee

For residential clients, a late payment fee of 3% above the base rate per day overdue (calculated annually) will be applied. If payment cannot be made within the allotted time, the customer must contact Northants Window Cleaning to arrange the soonest available opportunity to pay.

8. Accidents and Liabilities

In the unfortunate event of accidents, we will replace or repair the damaged/broken item if we are found at fault. However, we do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects at your property. This includes, but is not limited to, brittle fascias, aged guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, loose or stuck-on lead, decorative bars adhered to glass, deteriorating frames, peeling paint, open or broken trickle vents, and so forth.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions. Clients are advised to review them regularly.
